With the melt-down in the sub-prime market, and record number of foreclosures across the country, we believe there is a great need for consumers to be educated and have access to information on homeownership.  Research has shown that the better prepared the home buyer is for home ownership, the less likely he or she is to run into difficulty down the road.

More and more homeowners are in trouble and there is a growing need for homeowners to understand the complete homeownership process.  That's where The Mortgage Project comes in! Our goal is to “keep-a-roof-over” the head of current owners while educating and informing future homeowners on the language and process of homeownership

One way we do this by producing a television show “The Mortgage Project”. The weekly show currently airs in Pennsylvania with plans of expanding into other U.S. markets this year.  Our goal is to link home buyers and owners to important information provided by; government housing agencies, mortgage lenders, realtors, builders and providers of housing products and services. We will seek to “calm the storm” around the dilemma threatening the housing industry and the U.S economy.  We want to “Preserve The American Dream.”

Trouble in the housing industry has revealed that homeowners’ lack of knowledge may be a
contributing factor to the current housing dilemma. Valuable government and homeownership information on programs and services is not getting to the masses...thus creating an information vacuum.

and seminars will all but ensure that our clients’ programs and services reach their targeted
